### What happens at the end of my trial?

You can use InsurGrid for free. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do so from the billing page in your account at any time during or after your trial.

### What does the renewal process look like?

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade your plan before your renewal date.

### How do I upgrade or downgrade?

Visit your billing page by going to _Settings_ > _Subscriptions_. From there, you can change your plan and update your payment information.

### What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and all major credit cards. Invoices and purchase orders can be used for transactions over $2,500.
